Stoneforge Investments LLC collects information you provide when requesting our deck, creating an investor account, or subscribing to a deal. This includes contact details, accreditation documentation, banking information for distributions, and tax identifiers required for K-1 reporting.
How we use it
We use your information to verify accreditation through a third-party service, process subscriptions and capital movements, deliver quarterly reporting, prepare tax documents, and communicate about your investments. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the fund: the accreditation verification service, our fund administrator, our tax preparer, our banking partner, and legal counsel — each bound by confidentiality.
Mobile information & non-sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your rights
